Refund policy

We gladly accept online returns for store credit that never expires.

You can also exchange the item that didn't work for a new size. 

Unwanted items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and returned within 14 days of receiving. 

We do not accept returns of the following items:

-Intimates 

-Jewelry & Hair Accessories

-Swimwear (NC LAW)

-All Sale Items

 

If you need to exchange or return an item for store credit, please contact us at returns@shopstarrbtq.com

We will provide you with a return label and issue your store credit voucher within 3-5 business days of receiving your undamaged, unwashed, and tagged item.
